What We Collect

When you create a PickATime account, we collect your name, email address, and Microsoft 365 profile information provided through OAuth. When guests book meetings through your booking pages, we collect their name, email address, and any information they provide in custom form fields. We also collect basic usage data such as page views and feature interactions to improve the service.

How We Use It

We use your information to operate and improve PickATime. This includes sending booking confirmations and reminders through your Microsoft 365 account, syncing your calendar availability, and providing customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may send you occasional product updates, which you can opt out of at any time.

Microsoft 365 Data

PickATime accesses your Microsoft 365 account through OAuth 2.0 with limited, specific permissions. We read your calendar free/busy data to prevent double-bookings, create calendar events for confirmed meetings, and send emails on your behalf for booking confirmations and reminders. We do not read your email inbox, contacts, or files. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and can be revoked at any time from your Microsoft account settings.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings. You can revoke PickATime's access to your Microsoft 365 account through your Microsoft account portal. If you have questions about your data or wish to exercise your privacy rights, contact us using the information below.
