Agreement
By accessing or using PickATime, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses booking pages hosted on PickATime.
Service Description
PickATime is a scheduling tool that integrates with Microsoft 365 to help you share availability and book meetings. The service creates calendar events and sends emails through your connected Microsoft 365 account. We provide the platform on an “as-is” basis and may update features, pricing, or availability at any time with reasonable notice.
User Accounts
You must have a valid Microsoft 365 account to use PickATime. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use PickATime only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited messages. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data. You may not use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or interfere with other users' access.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PickATime and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Your continued use of PickATime after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may close your account at any time.
