Terms of Service

Last updated: March 5, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Schedule ("the Service"). By signing in and using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Schedule is a meeting scheduling tool that integrates with Microsoft 365. It allows you to share your availability, let others book meetings with you, and automatically create calendar events and video meeting links. The Service reads and writes to your Microsoft 365 calendar through the Microsoft Graph API.

2. User Accounts

To use Schedule, you must sign in with a Microsoft account using OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Microsoft account credentials. You must not share your account access or allow others to use the Service on your behalf without authorization.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications through the booking or email features.
  • Manipulate bookings, availability, or calendar data in a deceptive or fraudulent manner.
  • Abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.

4. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or missed bookings resulting from service interruptions.

5. Data Handling

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the application settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Schedule and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for lost profits, lost data, missed meetings, scheduling errors, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $0 if you have not paid for the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where feasible, provide notice through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
